Broken is a huge Sociopath, which associates with most of the following traits:

He's charming. Being a sociopath, he knows how to get what he wants, and that's by using his deceitful charms and flirtatious nature to charm his victim into believing he has true feelings for his victim, specifically love, compassion, sympathy, or kindness.

Similar to that, he's Emotionless. His power is faking his emotions, therefore making his victim believe he's truly happy, depressed, angry, troubled, puzzled, grateful, fascinated, worried, exhausted, afraid, or in love. Though when you stare into his eyes, you can see nothing...nothing but a blank stare that creeps into your mind when you look into them too long. Though no one has been brave enough to look into his eyes.

He's also Unshameful. There's no shame to be found in what Broken does. If he kills anyone..in front of anyone, he doesn't feel anything, which comes from also being emotionless, but the biggest problem is he'll blame it on others rather than himself, which makes him a Liar. He'll never take the fault unless he's killed someone.

He's also manipulative. His charms and emotionless nature also helps him manipulate others into doing what he wants. He'll give you compliments, gifts, and interesting stories of his life in order to gain your trust and again, get what he wants.

Now, out of the sociopath topic. He's ruthless and insane. He'll kill anyone, anywhere, at any time in the Dusk Syndicate, especially if you have a generational line of hate, or if you've done something to wrong him.
